A Meditation Space: Guided to Open



Our comfortable, welcoming space will make meditation something you look forward to and savor.

Enter into our quiet space of safety and calm nestled in Milwaukee's bustling east side. Welcoming you to explore various meditation practices led by a variety of experienced meditation leaders, we can help you find a practice that works best for where you are right now in your life.

Large spans of time are not necessary to enjoy the benefits of meditation. The first 30 minutes are Guided Meditation followed by an open segment (quiet unguided time). Stay for any length of time within the open segment, leave when is right for you, up until session close.

Seated meditation on the floor or in chairs are options. Bolsters, blankets, mats and chairs are provided. Our meditation leaders are here to help make you comfortable so you can get the most benefit of your experience. We are also here to answer any questions you may have either before or after the session.

All session fees are on a sliding scale. Please contribute what you can afford $5, $10 or $15 either in advance online or at the session.

A Meditation Space is offered at the following times:

Sundays 10-11:30 am 

Wednesdays 12:15 - 1:30 pm 

important note: Please arrive either 5-10 minutes before start time - or - after the first half hour. The first 30 minutes are guided, followed by open, unguided meditation. Stay for any length of time within the open segment and leave when is right for you, up until session close.
