Enter a space to take refuge from your busy day and practice with a supportive community. This space is held for anyone, from any level of experience - you may use this time to sustain your current meditation practice, gain tools to start your own practice as a beginner, or commit to returning to a meditation practice that may need refreshing. Do you have difficulty settling into a quiet moment in the middle of your day? No worries - the first 30 minutes of each Mindful May Wednesday is a guided meditation and you will be supported by instructors with a wealth of experience and the presence of your omTown community. All session fees are on a sliding scale. Please contribute what you can afford $5, $10 or $15 either in advance online or at the session.
A Meditation Space is offered at the following times through the month of June:
Wednesdays 12:15 - 1:30 pm
important note: Please arrive either 5-10 minutes before start time - or - after the first half hour. The first 30 minutes are guided, followed by open, unguided meditation. Stay for any length of time within the open segment and leave when is right for you, up until session close.
