This day long immersion will help and inform yoga practitioners to incorporate the knowledge of Ayurveda and its self-care techniques into a yoga practice that includes personalized physical postures as well as more subtle tools like pranayama, mantra and mudra. All levels of students can enhance their current routines for more optimal health and well-being by learning about practical and easy ways to weave yoga and Ayurveda techniques into their entire day.
Students will learn the following: a customized yoga routine based on their individual constitutions and level of practice; a general guide to optimal food choices; a basic daily schedule to enhance well-being and productivity; customized non-physical yoga techniques that can be practiced anywhere, not just on the mat, to promote grounding and mindfulness.
