PREPARE YOUR BODY FOR THE 108
Here's how to take the Challenge:
1- Commit to the Mala Buzz daily practices with or without modifications or variations each day preceding the Milwaukee Global Mala on Sept 10, 2016. Scroll down on this page for videos to guide you through the practice.
2 - Post thoughts, feelings, inspirations or asana-selfies that surfaced for you during the Mala Buzz Challenge practice and please include #MalaBuzzChallenge and #MilwaukeeGlobalMala on Facebook's omTown Yogis page - OR - Instagram: @omTownYogis - or - Twitter @omTownYogi - or - email (if yer not into social media) - to qualify for PRIZES.
3 - Pre-registering for the Milwaukee Global Mala and inviting friends is not required but is asked
The Mala Buzz sequence is designed to prepare the body for the 108 Sun Salutations of the Sept 10 Milwaukee Global Mala.
Prize Drawings will be done throughout the 17 days doling out all sorts of yogalicious prizes!
