    woman-free-happy.jpg

About 60% of Americans have less than $2,000 in savings and owe $16,000 in credit card debt.

How do you create the life you want without the dead weight of debt and stress?

Money has energy and using mindful money management is a form of energy management.

Using the philosophies of yoga, mindfulness, and strategic management, you will learn to rebalance your mind, body, spirit, and money to create the life you want. The workshop format will include lectures, discussion, reflective writing, and a guided meditation. At the end of the workshop, attendees will learn how to budget based on their values (no spreadsheet, please), save for retirement, and spend with purpose in a more yogic way.

The Mind Over Moola Workshop will cover:

    • five common money myths holding you back from your dreams

    • seven principles of money karma to carry on and off the mat

A Meditation Space: Meditation and Prayer for the Earth & Universal Healing

    whispering_clouds.jpg

In response to the deep challenges to all we value and hold sacred as well as to our own well-being, the well-being and very life of our human communities, and of all life on this Earth, we are hosting a meditation circle that is open to all.

Our intention is to hold a safe, supportive and sacred space in which we can connect to the sources of our resilience and the wellspring of our vision and courage.  From that invitation to healing reconnection, we will open a space to offer our prayers for the healing of all beings and of the living Earth whereby we are sustained.

Each evening meditation will be held, in alternation, by Rima Shah and Marya Bradley.  We will offer a period of guided meditation that will open into a time of quiet meditation. We will close the meditation with the practice of non-sectarian/non-religious prayer for all beings and the Earth.

    Bi-monthly Tuesday evenings: March 14, 28; April 11 & 25; May 9 & 23

Sliding scale fee $5/$10/$15 per evening.
