Cultivate a practice for personal transformation and tools help keep your frequency in harmony with the planet. Our medium is the practical application of bandhas and mantras fused into Yoga poses.
We will also learn the alignment of foundation (protecting your body in all yoga classes) and how to change the frequency of your body every single day with affirmations and tools (both physical and non physical) which Ryan will share. Practitioners will leave with skills to help stop the frequency of stress from manifesting as sickness and disease in the body. This course is equal parts physical practice, lecture, and guided meditation.
