Desire to reach your full potential and be true to your highest self? Learn new skills to release and transform reactive patterns and support your highest self. 

This practice is about personal transformation, releasing ways of being that prevent us from reaching our full potential. During the course, you will:
 
1) Identify a pattern of thought/reaction that is not serving you
2) Cultivate intention for positive change
3) Identify reflexive/reactive choice points
4) Develop awareness of the basis for the response at the choice point (physical, mental, deep visceral, etc.)
5) Create Vision of new response through use of therapeutic tools
